Valve Metering 1/2in ProTool

Metering Ball Valve, an essential component for precision control in softwash cleaning systems. Designed for the meticulous regulation of water, sodium hypochlorite (bleach), and surfactant flow in your cleaning spray mix, this valve combines heavy-duty construction with innovative features to ensure reliable and efficient cleaning performance.

Key Features:

1. Heavy-Duty Design & Reliable Performance: Built to withstand the rigors of frequent use, our valve offers dependable operation even in demanding applications.
2. Leak-Proof Floating Sealing Ball Valve: Engineered with precision to prevent leakage, ensuring a consistent and controlled flow of cleaning solutions.
3. Easy-to-Read Precision Dial: A large, spaced dial allows for near-linear adjustments of the flow rate, facilitating precise control over your cleaning mix.
4. Durable Viton (FKM/FPM) Seal O-Ring: Offers exceptional chemical resistance, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the valve in various cleaning environments.
5. User-Friendly ABS Handle: Comes with a visual position indicator, making it easy to adjust and monitor the valve's setting at a glance.
6. Versatile Material Options: Available in different body materials to suit various working applications, enhancing the valve's adaptability.
7. Linear Flow Rate Adjustments: Thanks to the innovative V bore design, adjustments to the flow rate are smooth and nearly linear, allowing for precise control.
8. Used with a Metering Manifold: The manifold combines the chemical flows into a single strem alloing proportioning of the water, SH and Surfactant. The valves and the manifold block act as a proportioner allowing varios mix strangths by proportioning the fluid flow.
