WE DON'T DO COOKIE-CUTTER. WE BUILD THE GOOD STUFF.

Real engineering. Serious equipment. Endless possibilities. ProTool Pressure Washing Skids are built different.

There's a big difference between bolting equipment onto a frame and building a complete cleaning system.

At ProTool, we do the latter.

From compact pressure washing skids to fully loaded soft washing trucks, commercial cleaning trailers, and drone cleaning rigs, we build some seriously badass equipment for contractors who depend on their gear to make a living.

But what makes a ProTool skid different isn't just what you see when the build is finished.

It's the experience behind the design. The decisions that go into the layout. The way the equipment works together. The attention to details most people will never notice until they need them.

And the people standing behind it long after it leaves our shop.

We've spent years developing equipment, refining our designs, solving problems, and finding smarter ways to build professional cleaning systems.

We're not interested in doing things a certain way just because that's how they've always been done.

We're interested in doing them right.

Welcome to Beyond the Build.

A cinematic look at ProTool fabrication, assembly, system testing, and completed cleaning rigs.

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU WORK. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

Your Business Isn't Generic. Why Should Your Equipment Be?

There's nothing wrong with a proven equipment configuration. In fact, we've spent years developing platforms that work exceptionally well.

But we also know that no two cleaning businesses operate exactly alike.

Some contractors need maximum pressure washing power. Others need serious soft wash capabilities, high-output pure water production, or multiple operators working from the same rig.

And some want the whole damn package.

That's where we come in.

As a professional pressure washing skid builder, ProTool designs and manufactures complete cleaning systems around the work you actually do.

We look at your vehicle, your services, your equipment requirements, your available space, and how you want the finished rig to operate.

Then we figure out how to make it all work together.

Sometimes that means starting with one of our established configurations. Other times, it means designing custom pressure washing skids around a particular operation, with carefully selected pumps, tanks, plumbing, controls, and accessories.

The goal isn't customization for the sake of customization.

It's building something that makes sense.

Your operation. Your priorities. Our experience. One hell of a build.

PICK YOUR PLATFORM. WE'LL BRING THE HORSEPOWER.

Professional Cleaning Systems Built for Real-World Work.

ProTool doesn't build just one type of skid.

We manufacture pressure washing skids and integrated cleaning systems for a wide range of exterior-cleaning applications, from focused single-service setups to large commercial rigs supporting multiple crews.

Different jobs demand different equipment.

And the right answer isn't always the biggest engine, the highest pressure, or the most expensive configuration.

It's the system that delivers the performance your operation actually needs.

Pressure Washing Skids

Serious flow. Serious pressure. Built to earn their keep.

From compact residential setups to high-output commercial pressure washing systems, we build equipment designed for real-world cleaning demands.

Depending on the application, that can mean high-GPM pressure washers, Honda GX-powered systems, hot water equipment, onboard water storage, electric hose reels, and integrated controls.

Driveways, commercial properties, fleets, large concrete surfaces—whatever the job calls for, we'll help match the equipment to the work.

The best pressure washing skids aren't necessarily the ones with the most horsepower. They're the ones that deliver the right combination of pressure, flow, water supply, and operator convenience.

Because more horsepower isn't always the answer.

The right equipment, properly integrated, is.

Soft Washing Skids

Big cleaning capability. Precise control. No unnecessary nonsense.

Soft washing is about more than putting a chemical pump and a bleach tank on a frame.

It's about chemical compatibility, reliable flow, convenient metering, hose management, and making the system easy to operate.

Our soft wash builds can include BPX25 or P40 pump systems, chemical storage, metering manifolds, electric reels, remote controls, and custom plumbing arrangements.

And when we find a smarter way to make something work, we use it.

On applicable BPX25 builds, for example, our custom-plumbed pressure regulation arrangement provides convenient, set-and-forget operation.

It's the little details that make a big difference when you're working all day.

Window Cleaning & Pure Water Skids

Pure water. Smart layouts. Less time fighting your equipment.

Professional window cleaning demands equipment that's reliable, efficient, and easy to operate.

We build water-fed pole and pure-water systems that can integrate ProTool HydroPanel RO/DI purification, storage tanks, delivery pumps, hose reels, remote controls, and equipment storage.

From compact van setups to larger multi-operator systems, the goal is simple: make producing and delivering pure water easier.

Our high-output HydroPanel systems continuously produce purified water while reducing reliance on expensive DI resin through reverse osmosis pretreatment.

And there's an important distinction between pure-water production and delivery.

A properly sized DI tank can deliver substantial flow. HydroPanel's advantage is efficient, continuous RO/DI production that helps reduce resin consumption and prevent water-related downtime.

Because buying resin over and over again gets old pretty damn fast.

Combination Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Skids

Why settle for one capability when your business does more?

Pressure washing in the morning. House washing in the afternoon. Window cleaning before you call it a day.

That's the kind of flexibility a well-designed combination rig can provide.

We integrate multiple cleaning systems into a single skid, truck, or trailer, with equipment layouts designed to keep everything accessible and organized.

Pressure washing. Soft washing. Pure water. Hot water. Multiple hose reels.

The possibilities get interesting fast.

Combination pressure washing skids can give contractors more capabilities without requiring a separate vehicle for every cleaning method. But that only works when the equipment is properly sized and integrated.

The trick isn't cramming as much equipment as possible into one space.

It's making everything work together without turning the rig into a plumbing nightmare.

Drone Cleaning Skids & Trailers

Now we're talking serious equipment.

Drone cleaning introduces a whole new set of requirements.

High-output water production. Reliable pressure and flow. Chemical delivery. Dedicated storage. Long hose runs. Remote operation. Room for operators and supporting equipment.

We build commercial drone cleaning skids, flatbeds, and enclosed trailers that bring these capabilities together.

Our flagship enclosed drone cleaning trailer configurations can include dual HydroPanel 4.5 RO/DI systems, dedicated pure-water and wastewater storage, pressure washing and soft washing equipment, and our exterior pop-out Command Port.

These aren't just trailers with a couple of pumps thrown inside.

They're integrated cleaning platforms designed around demanding commercial operations.

Solar Panel Cleaning Systems

Big arrays call for smarter equipment.

Solar cleaning has its own challenges, especially when you're working across large installations.

We build systems that can integrate pure-water production, storage, delivery equipment, and specialized solar cleaning tools, including the ProTool DualForce 25 counter-rotating solar brush.

Whether it's a dedicated solar cleaning setup or part of a larger multi-service rig, we focus on matching the equipment to the application.

FROM COMPACT SKIDS TO ABSOLUTE MONSTERS.

Vans. Trucks. Trailers. Flatbeds. You Name It.

Not every build needs to take up an entire trailer.

Sometimes the smartest solution is a compact skid that fits neatly into a van or truck bed.

Other times, you need a fully equipped truck or enclosed trailer carrying enough equipment to support multiple cleaning services and operators.

We build across a wide range of platforms:

  • Standalone skids: Compact, purpose-built systems that make efficient use of available space.
  • Van builds: Organized equipment layouts designed around limited interior space and accessibility.
  • Truck skids: From compact pickup configurations to larger commercial truck platforms.
  • Open trailers: Flexible equipment layouts with accessible pumps, tanks, and hose reels.
  • Enclosed trailers: Protected equipment, integrated controls, storage, and room for larger systems.
  • Flatbed builds: Heavy-duty platforms for substantial water capacity and multi-system integration.

Every platform comes with different opportunities and constraints.

Whether we're designing truck mounted pressure washing systems or larger pressure washing trailers, we consider the vehicle, payload, available space, equipment access, and how the finished rig will be used.

The same goes for commercial cleaning skids that combine several services onto a single platform.

That's where experience matters.

We don't just ask whether the equipment will fit.

We ask whether the finished rig will actually make sense to operate.

THE DETAILS AREN'T DETAILS. THEY'RE THE WHOLE DAMN POINT.

Built With Purpose. Engineered for the Real World.

A beautiful skid is great.

A beautiful skid that's a pain in the ass to service? Not so great.

We spend a lot of time thinking about the things you might not notice in a photograph.

The placement of a valve. The routing of a hose. Access to a filter. The location of a control panel. The weight distribution of a loaded trailer.

Those decisions affect your experience every single day.

And they can make the difference between equipment that simply works and equipment that's genuinely enjoyable to operate.

All-Aluminum Construction

Our ProTool skid platforms feature all-aluminum construction with welded bases and bolt-together frame designs.

We use structural aluminum extrusion to create versatile equipment mounting structures.

Aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance and helps manage equipment weight, both important considerations for pressure washing skids exposed to water, chemicals, and outdoor environments.

Our welded bases provide a solid foundation, while the bolt-together framework supports equipment placement, customization, and practical access.

It's not just about making a skid look clean.

It's about building a foundation that makes sense.

Smart Plumbing & Equipment Integration

Pumps, tanks, manifolds, hose reels, electrical systems, and controls all need to work together.

A high-output pressure washer needs adequate water supply. A soft wash pump needs plumbing suited to its flow and chemical requirements. A pure-water system needs production, storage, and delivery equipment matched to the operation.

Even the way a bypass is routed or a filter is positioned can affect maintenance and day-to-day use.

That's why properly engineered pressure washing skids require more than simply selecting high-quality components.

We design around the complete system, not just a list of individual parts.

Because impressive specifications don't mean much if the equipment can't deliver them in the field.

Layouts That Make Sense

We consider how operators move around the equipment, access controls, handle hoses, perform maintenance, and use the rig throughout the workday.

Where should the electric reels be mounted?

Can you reach the filters without climbing over equipment?

Are the controls positioned where operators actually need them?

Does the plumbing remain accessible if something needs attention?

These aren't glamorous questions.

They're the questions that matter after you've been working for ten hours.

Less unnecessary running around. Less frustration. More time doing the actual job.

Room to Grow

Need more water capacity? Another reel? An additional cleaning capability?

We can plan for future upgrades when designing new pressure washing skids, and we also evaluate retrofit opportunities for existing equipment.

Not every modification is practical. Available space, payload, equipment compatibility, and system capacity all have to be considered.

But it's worth having the conversation before you outgrow your rig.

UNDER THE HOOD.

Take a Closer Look at What Makes a ProTool Skid Different.

The best way to understand a ProTool build is to get up close.

Not just to admire the finished equipment, but to look at how everything is arranged and why those decisions matter.

Explore a real ProTool skid by selecting highlighted components and learning about the engineering decisions behind them.

Interactive hotspots to include:

  1. Aluminum frame and welded base: Construction, corrosion resistance, mounting flexibility, and service access.
  2. Pressure washing system: Pump selection, water supply, pressure, flow, and application requirements.
  3. Soft wash system: Chemical metering, pump integration, plumbing, and operator controls.
  4. HydroPanel pure-water system: Continuous RO/DI production, storage, and delivery.
  5. Hose reels and accessories: Operator convenience, hose management, and accessibility.
  6. Tanks and storage: Capacity, placement, weight distribution, and available space.
  7. Electrical and remote controls: Integrated functionality, power requirements, and operator efficiency.

Every component has a job.

But the real value comes from how those components work together.

That's the difference between assembling equipment and engineering a complete cleaning system.

BUILT IN-HOUSE. TESTED BEFORE IT LEAVES.

We Don't Build It, Load It, and Cross Our Fingers.

This is something we take seriously.

Our team handles in-house fabrication, equipment assembly, plumbing, electrical integration, and complete system testing.

That gives us direct involvement in the entire build process, from the underlying structure to the finished operating system.

Before a completed rig leaves our shop, we test the integrated equipment to verify that the systems function as intended.

Because knowing that a pump works is one thing.

Knowing that the pumps, plumbing, controls, and other components work together is another.

A pressure washing system needs to deliver the expected performance. A soft wash system needs to operate correctly. Electrical controls and installed accessories need to function as intended.

And when a build combines multiple systems, the integration matters even more.

Whether we're shipping compact pressure washing skids or a fully equipped commercial trailer, the goal is the same: deliver a completed system that's been tested before it reaches the customer.

We'd rather catch a problem in our shop than have you discover it on a jobsite.

That's not going above and beyond. That's how equipment should be built.

AND WHEN IT LEAVES OUR SHOP? WE'RE STILL HERE.

Great Equipment Deserves Great People Behind It.

A cleaning skid is a serious investment in your business.

And we believe the relationship shouldn't end when the truck pulls away.

Our team brings decades of combined experience in professional cleaning equipment, system design, and real-world applications.

We're here to help with equipment questions, troubleshooting, replacement parts, upgrades, and practical solutions long after delivery.

Because building great equipment matters.

Standing behind the people who use it matters just as much.

EVERY BUILD HAS A STORY. YOURS COULD BE NEXT.

Bring Us Your Idea. We'll Bring the Experience.

Some of our builds are compact and efficient.

Some are designed around multiple cleaning services.

Some are absolute monsters.

But every one of them started with a conversation about what somebody needed their equipment to do.

Maybe you're replacing an aging pressure washing setup.

Maybe your business has grown and you need more capacity.

Maybe you're expanding into soft washing, window cleaning, solar cleaning, or drone-assisted exterior cleaning.

Or maybe you've got an idea nobody's quite figured out how to build yet.

We love that question.

You don't need to know every pump specification or have a finished design in your head.

That's what we're here for.

Tell us what you clean, what equipment you're working with, and what you want your next rig to accomplish.

We'll help you figure out the rest.

We've built pressure washing skids for a wide range of cleaning applications, but the best starting point is always understanding what your operation actually needs.

Bring us your idea. We'll bring the experience, engineering, and a serious passion for building cool stuff.
