WE BUILD BADASS EQUIPMENT. AND WE GIVE A DAMN.
Smarter engineering. Rugged construction. Real people who stand behind it. That's what make us a damn good pressure washing skid builder.
We're ProTool. A professional cleaning equipment manufacturer and pressure washing skid builder with decades of industry experience, a passion for engineering, and a serious obsession with doing things right.
We design, fabricate, and build custom pressure washing skids, soft wash systems, commercial cleaning trucks, and fully equipped trailers. We also manufacture specialized equipment for drone cleaning, water-fed pole cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and high-output RO/DI pure water production.
The kind of equipment that makes you stop, look twice, and say, "Damn, that's a serious rig."
But here's what matters more than how impressive a build looks.
How it's engineered. How it's built. And who's standing behind it when you need help.
We take all three seriously.
That's the ProTool way. It's what makes use a damn good pressure washing skid builder.

WHO WE ARE
Builders. Problem-Solvers. Equipment People.
We're not a faceless equipment company moving boxes from one warehouse to another.
We're builders.
We're the people who get excited about a better plumbing layout. Who look at a perfectly functional piece of equipment and immediately start thinking about how to improve it. Who appreciate a beautifully fabricated aluminum frame as much as a high-performance engine.
We like building cool stuff.
We like solving problems other people haven't figured out yet.
And we really like watching an idea turn into a machine that makes somebody's business better.
As a pressure washing skid builder, we work with contractors who need more than a collection of pumps, tanks, and hose reels. They need equipment designed around their services, their vehicle, their operators, and the way they actually work.
Some customers come to us knowing exactly what they want.
Others come with a truck, a list of services, and a rough idea of what their dream rig should do.
We love both.
Because whether we're building a compact pressure washing skid or a fully loaded commercial drone cleaning trailer, the goal is the same:
Build something we're proud to put the ProTool name on.
THE PROTOOL WAY
Not the Cheapest Way. Not the Easiest Way. The Right Way.
There are plenty of ways to build a cleaning skid.
You can bolt equipment onto a frame, connect some hoses, add a few reels, and call it finished.
That's not how we think.
We look at the entire operation.
Who's using this equipment? What are they cleaning? How often will they use it? Where will it be parked? How will they service it? What happens when they need to add another pump, reel, or cleaning system?
Those questions matter.
Because a rig can look great in a photograph and still be a pain in the ass to operate every day.
A tank in the wrong place. A filter you can't reach. A hose reel that interferes with another component. A control panel that requires walking around the entire trailer.
Individually, these things might seem small.
Use that equipment every day for the next several years, and they aren't small anymore.
We believe the details make the difference.
Good enough isn't good enough when somebody's livelihood depends on the result. Don't settle for less with a different pressure washing skid builder.
BUILT WITH PURPOSE
Every Component Has a Reason for Being There.
Building professional cleaning equipment isn't just about choosing powerful components.
It's about understanding how those components work together.
A good pressure washing skid builder needs to think beyond horsepower, gallons per minute, and the number of hose reels.
We think about weight, balance, corrosion resistance, accessibility, maintenance, and how the equipment will perform as a complete system.
All-Aluminum Skid Construction
Our ProTool skid platforms use all-aluminum construction with welded bases and bolt-together frame designs.
Why?
Because aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance without the weight of traditional steel construction.
A welded base provides a strong foundation, while our bolt-together frame approach supports practical assembly, component access, and serviceability.
It's a deliberate combination.
We want the structure to be strong, the equipment to be accessible, and the overall system to make sense long after the initial build. The core of a good pressure washing skid builder.
Trailer Engineering That Goes Beyond the Minimum
Building a pressure washing trailer isn't just about fitting everything inside.
Weight distribution matters. Balance matters. Equipment placement matters. Safe towing matters.
We pay attention to how tanks, pumps, engines, and other equipment affect the complete trailer.
And sometimes we go beyond what's legally required.
For example, we've specified brakes on smaller trailers even when the applicable requirements didn't mandate them.
Not because we had to.
Because we believed it was the better choice for that application.
Meeting the minimum requirement doesn't automatically mean meeting our standard.
Layouts Designed Around Real Operators
We think about where the operator stands, how equipment is accessed, and how the system will be used throughout a normal workday.
That means considering:
- Pump and engine placement
- Tank location and weight distribution
- Hose reel access and routing
- Control panel positioning
- Electrical organization
- Maintenance and filter access
- Storage for tools and supplies
- Space for future modifications
None of this happens by accident.
A thoughtfully designed rig should make the operator's job easier, not create a new list of frustrations. A good pressure washing skid builder knows that.
WE DON'T JUST FOLLOW THE INDUSTRY
If There's a Better Way, We Want to Build It.
We're not interested in doing something a certain way just because that's how it's always been done.
Sometimes the standard solution works perfectly.
Other times, we look at it and think, "We can do better than that."
And then we get to work.
The Command Port: Control Where You Need It
Our enclosed drone cleaning trailers feature an innovative exterior pop-out Command Port.
Instead of burying important controls deep inside the trailer, the Command Port provides convenient access to integrated equipment controls from outside.
It's a relatively simple idea with a meaningful benefit.
Less running around. Better access. A cleaner operating experience.
That's the kind of innovation we love.
Not technology for the sake of technology.
A smarter solution to a real problem.
Soft Wash Pressure Control, the ProTool Way
On applicable soft wash skids using BPX25 pumps, we replace the factory pressure regulator with our own custom-plumbed regulation arrangement.
The result is a convenient, set-and-forget approach to managing operating pressure.
It's an integrated part of how we build those systems, rather than a standalone plug-and-play accessory.
Could we simply install the standard arrangement and move on?
Sure.
But when we see an opportunity to make equipment more convenient to operate, we're interested.
HydroPanel: Serious Pure-Water Production
Our HydroPanel RO/DI systems reflect the same philosophy.
Professional window cleaning, water-fed pole work, solar cleaning, and drone cleaning can require enormous volumes of purified water.
Producing that water efficiently matters.
HydroPanel systems combine reverse osmosis with DI polishing to deliver continuous pure-water production while reducing reliance on consumable DI resin.
A properly sized DI-only system can deliver high water flow. The HydroPanel advantage is the ability to continuously produce large volumes of purified water at a potentially much lower cost per gallon.
For demanding commercial operations, that can mean less resin consumption, more efficient tank replenishment, and fewer water-related interruptions.
We're not just interested in making water pure.
We're interested in making the entire operation work better.
Better Together: Complete System Integration
Here's where everything comes together.
A great pump doesn't automatically make a great skid.
Neither does an expensive engine, a premium hose reel, or a high-output water purification system.
The real value comes from how those components work together.
Pressure, flow, plumbing, electrical systems, water storage, controls, and equipment placement all need to support the same objective.
That's what we mean by integration.
We don't just assemble components. We engineer a working system.
YOUR BUSINESS ISN'T GENERIC. YOUR EQUIPMENT SHOULDN'T BE EITHER.
Proven Platforms. Custom Solutions. Your Operation.
Not every customer needs a completely one-off design.
And not every customer fits neatly into a standard configuration.
That's why we do both.
We offer established ProTool platforms that bring together proven equipment configurations and thoughtful layouts.
But we also customize and build around the way our customers actually work.
Maybe you need more water storage and fewer hose reels.
Maybe you're expanding from pressure washing into soft washing.
Maybe your truck needs to accommodate a specific combination of equipment.
Maybe you're building a drone cleaning operation that needs high-output pure-water production, dedicated wastewater storage, and room for multiple operators.
Or maybe you've got an idea we haven't built before.
We want to hear it.
Our job isn't to convince you to buy the configuration that's easiest for us to produce.
It's to help figure out what makes sense for your operation.
Sometimes that means starting with an existing platform.
Sometimes it means designing something entirely different.
The right build is the one that works for you.
BUILT HERE. TESTED HERE. PROVEN BEFORE IT LEAVES.
We Don't Ship It and Hope for the Best.
A beautiful skid that doesn't work properly isn't a beautiful skid.
It's an expensive problem.
That's why our commitment to quality doesn't stop when the final component is installed.
We perform in-house fabrication, equipment integration, assembly, and complete system testing before finished builds leave our facility.
We want to verify that the equipment functions as intended, identify issues before delivery, and make sure the complete system is ready for its job.
And with multiple pumps, electrical systems, controls, plumbing circuits, and other components working together, testing the entire rig matters.
It's one thing to know the individual components work.
It's another to verify the assembled system.
We're proud of what we build.
But pride doesn't replace testing.
We put the work in before your equipment leaves our shop. That's what make us such a good pressure washing skid builder.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE EQUIPMENT MATTER JUST AS MUCH.
Real Support. Long After Delivery.
Let's talk about something that doesn't always get enough attention when people compare cleaning equipment.
What happens after you buy it?
Not on delivery day.
Not during the first week when everything is shiny and new.
We're talking about two years later.
Five years later.
When a pump starts acting up. When you need to identify a replacement part. When you're troubleshooting a problem on a jobsite. When you're expanding your operation and want to modify the equipment you already own.
Who are you going to call?
And more importantly, will they actually give a damn?
At ProTool, customer service isn't a department we mention at the bottom of a website.
It's one of the foundations of our business.
Right alongside engineering, innovation, and build quality.
We believe that when somebody trusts us with a serious investment in their business, that relationship carries responsibility.
We don't build it, ship it, and disappear.
We're Here to Help Solve the Problem.
Equipment is mechanical.
Things wear. Components fail. Problems happen.
That's reality.
What matters is how those problems get handled.
Our approach is to help customers understand what's happening, work through troubleshooting, identify potential solutions, and find the parts or information they need.
Even when the equipment has been in service for years.
Even when the issue isn't necessarily our fault.
We're interested in getting to the solution, not immediately figuring out who to blame.
That doesn't mean every repair or replacement part is free. Warranty terms still apply, and some parts or services may be billable.
It means we're committed to helping our customers find a way forward. Just another reason that makes us such a good pressure washing skid builder.
Experience You Can Actually Talk To
Decades of industry experience mean more than knowing the specifications on a pump.
They mean understanding how equipment behaves in the field.
How different systems interact.
What can go wrong.
And how to approach a problem when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
When you work with ProTool, you're working with people who understand the equipment and the industry it serves.
We take that responsibility seriously.
Because when your equipment makes your living, the people standing behind it matter every damn bit as much as the equipment itself. That's the difference between assembling equipment and being a damn good pressure washing skid builder.
WE STAND BEHIND WHAT WE BUILD.
Confidence Isn't Just a Sales Pitch.
We put serious effort into designing and manufacturing equipment that's built for professional use.
And we back qualifying ProTool skids, carts, and systems with a lifetime warranty.
That's an important part of our commitment.
But a warranty is only one piece of the relationship.
We believe long-term customer support, accessible replacement parts, practical troubleshooting, and people who answer questions matter just as much.
A warranty document can't help you diagnose a problem.
People can.
Lifetime warranty applies to qualifying ProTool skids, carts, and systems. Terms and exclusions apply. Third-party components, including engines, pumps, electronics, and consumables, may be subject to separate manufacturer warranties or exclusions.
WHY PROTOOL?
Because the Details Matter. And So Do You.
Here's what you can expect from us.

Together, they're how we believe professional equipment should be built, sold, and supported. It's what separates a good pressure washing skid builder from a great one.
GOOD EQUIPMENT. BETTER PEOPLE. THAT'S THE PROTOOL WAY.
We're not here to convince you that every cleaning contractor needs the biggest, most expensive rig on the market.
We're here because we love building equipment that works.
Equipment that's thoughtfully designed.
Equipment that's built with purpose.
Equipment that makes your job easier, your operation more capable, and your investment something you can be proud of.

FAQs
What is ProTool?
We're builders, problem-solvers, and equipment people. ProTool is a professional cleaning equipment manufacturer and pressure washing skid builder specializing in custom pressure washing skids, soft washing systems, commercial cleaning trucks, drone cleaning trailers, and RO/DI pure-water systems.
We design, fabricate, assemble, and test our equipment in-house. We love building cool stuff, and we take doing it right pretty damn seriously.
Does ProTool build custom pressure washing skids?
Absolutely. It's kind of our thing.
We build custom pressure washing skids for professional contractors, from proven equipment platforms to configurations designed around your operation.
Vehicle layout, pressure, flow, water capacity, hose reels, additional cleaning systems—you name it. We work through the details to build something that makes sense for how you actually work.
What makes ProTool different from other pressure washing skid builders?
We give a damn about the details. And the people using our equipment.
That means thoughtful engineering, all-aluminum skid construction, smarter layouts, practical innovations, and complete system testing before a build ships.
And when the equipment leaves our shop? We're still here. We believe the people standing behind a rig matter just as much as the equipment itself.
Does ProTool build soft wash skids and trailers?
You bet.
We build dedicated soft wash systems and combination pressure washing and soft washing skids, trucks, and trailers.
Depending on the build, that can include chemical storage, metering systems, remote controls, and other equipment selected for the job.
One rig, multiple cleaning capabilities. Built to work together instead of fighting each other.
Does ProTool manufacture drone cleaning trailers?
Oh, absolutely. And these aren't your average little trailers.
We build commercial drone cleaning skids and trailers that can bring pressure washing, soft washing, RO/DI pure-water production, water storage, hose management, and integrated controls together in one serious rig.
Need water-fed pole equipment or additional cleaning capabilities? We can build around those too.
Can ProTool build a completely custom cleaning rig?
That's where things get fun.
We've got proven platforms that make great starting points, but we're not afraid to get creative.
Tell us what you clean, what you're driving, what equipment you need, and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll work with you on the layout, capacity, equipment selection, and integration.
Sometimes the answer is a familiar platform with a few smart changes. Sometimes it's something completely different.
Either way, we're interested.
Are ProTool skids tested before shipping?
You better believe it.
We perform complete system testing on finished builds before they leave our shop.
Pumps, plumbing, controls, and other integrated equipment need to work together as intended. We'd much rather find and fix an issue here than have you discover it on a jobsite.
We don't build it, load it, and cross our fingers.
What warranty does ProTool offer?
We stand behind what we build.
Qualifying ProTool skids, carts, and systems come with a lifetime warranty, subject to terms and exclusions.
Third-party components such as engines, pumps, electronics, and consumables may have separate manufacturer warranties or exclusions.
And remember, a warranty is only part of the equation. Having real people available when you need help matters too.
Does ProTool provide support after delivery?
Absolutely. We're not disappearing once the truck pulls away.
Whether your equipment is brand-new or has been working hard for years, we're here to help troubleshoot problems, answer questions, identify replacement parts, and work toward solutions.
Not every repair or part is covered by warranty, and some costs may apply.
But our philosophy is simple: let's figure out how to get you back to work.
Does ProTool manufacture RO/DI pure-water systems?
Yep. Meet the HydroPanel.
Our HydroPanel RO/DI systems are built for professional window cleaning, water-fed pole work, solar cleaning, drone cleaning, and other applications that need purified water.
They're designed around high-output, continuous pure-water production while reducing dependence on expensive DI resin.
Because constantly burning through resin isn't anybody's idea of a good time.
Can ProTool help upgrade or retrofit existing equipment?
Absolutely. And it doesn't necessarily have to be equipment we built.
We can evaluate upgrades, modifications, and retrofits to existing cleaning systems, including certain rigs manufactured by other companies.
Of course, what's possible depends on the equipment, available space, compatibility, and what you're trying to accomplish.
But before you write off your current rig, give us a shout. There might be a smarter way to make it work for you.
