Description
ProTool BEHEMOTH Enclosed Drone Cleaning Trailer – 8.5 GPM Pressure Washing & Dual HydroPanel 12.0 RO/DI
We Took the Flagship. Then Created a Monster.
Some cleaning trailers are built to get you started.
Others are built to keep up.
The ProTool BEHEMOTH is built to make sure pure water production isn't the thing holding you back.
We started with our fully loaded Flagship Enclosed Drone Cleaning Trailer. The 8.5 GPM pressure washer. The P40 soft wash system. Four electric hose reels. Skid Nexus remote controls. Onboard charging. Integrated water-fed pole delivery. And, of course, the ProTool Command Port™.
Then we replaced the two HydroPanel 4.5 purification systems with two gas-powered HydroPanel 12.0 BEHEMOTHS.
The result? Up to 24 gallons per minute of combined rated pure water production, compared with the original Flagship's 9 GPM.
That's 2.67 times the rated pure water output.
And the rest of the cleaning equipment is still there.
Eight RO membranes. Two gas-powered purification systems. Twenty-four gallons per minute.
Yeah. We called it the BEHEMOTH for a reason.
Dual HydroPanel 12.0 BEHEMOTHS. Pure Water Production Gets Serious.
This is what separates the BEHEMOTH from everything else in the lineup.
Instead of two electrically powered HydroPanel 4.5 systems, the BEHEMOTH uses two independently powered HydroPanel 12.0 RO/DI purification systems.
Each HydroPanel 12.0 features a Honda GX200 gasoline engine driving a ProTool P40 pump, four reverse osmosis membranes, and a 1-cubic-foot DI polishing tank.
Together, they deliver a massive increase in onboard pure water production.
Dual HydroPanel 12.0 Configuration
-
2 × HydroPanel 12.0 BEHEMOTH RO/DI systems
-
2 × Honda GX200 gasoline engines
-
2 × ProTool P40 RO feed pumps
-
8 total reverse osmosis membranes
-
2 total cubic feet of DI polishing capacity
-
10–12 GPM typical production per HydroPanel
-
20–24 GPM typical combined production under suitable conditions
-
Up to 24 GPM combined rated production
At full rated output, that's a theoretical 1,440 gallons of purified water per hour.
Actual production depends on incoming water temperature, pressure, water chemistry, and membrane performance.
These are independent purification systems, not a single pump attempting to feed eight membranes.
Two engines. Eight membranes. One seriously thirsty operation.
Approximately 90% Recovery. Make More Water. Waste Less.
Producing huge volumes of pure water is impressive.
Producing them efficiently is better.
The HydroPanel 12.0 is designed for approximately 90% water recovery under suitable operating conditions, meaning most incoming feedwater becomes purified product water rather than RO concentrate.
At the full combined rated output of 24 GPM, that translates to approximately:
-
24 GPM purified water
-
26.7 GPM net raw-water consumption
-
2.7 GPM RO concentrate
Those figures are theoretical values at 90% recovery. Actual recovery and consumption vary with operating conditions.
High recovery helps make better use of onboard water storage and reduces the amount of raw water required for each gallon of purified water produced.
When you're filling tanks at commercial volumes, those gallons add up.
Big production doesn't have to mean dumping half your water down the drain.
A Proper Raw-Water-to-Pure-Water System.
Twenty-four GPM of pure water production requires more than a couple of RO membranes and a garden hose.
The BEHEMOTH uses a dedicated water purification workflow with separate raw-water and finished pure-water storage.
Step 1 — Carbon Pretreatment
Incoming water passes through carbon filtration before entering the raw-water holding tank.
This helps remove chlorine that could damage the RO membranes.
Step 2 — Raw-Water Storage
The raw-water tank provides a feedwater supply for the two HydroPanel 12.0 systems.
Both purification systems draw from this supply through their own gas-powered pumping assemblies.
Step 3 — Dual RO Purification
Each Honda GX200-powered P40 pump feeds four RO membranes.
Across the complete trailer, eight membranes perform the bulk of the dissolved-mineral removal.
Step 4 — DI Polishing
Purified RO water passes through dedicated DI polishing tanks to produce the low-TDS water required for compatible pure-water cleaning applications.
Step 5 — Finished Pure-Water Storage
The finished water enters a separate pure-water holding tank, keeping it isolated from incoming unpurified water.
From there, purified water can be delivered to compatible drone cleaning equipment or the integrated water-fed pole system.
Raw water in. Serious purification in the middle. Pure water ready for work.
8.5 GPM Pressure Washing. Because the Building Still Needs Cleaning.
The BEHEMOTH isn't just a massive water purification system.
It retains the Flagship's 8.5 GPM commercial pressure washer for compatible drone pressure washing and traditional exterior cleaning applications.
The pressure washer operates as a dedicated cleaning system, separate from the two HydroPanel purification assemblies.
That means the trailer provides both commercial pressure washing capability and high-volume purified water production.

Compatible high-flow drone cleaning equipment
The correct operating pressure, nozzle selection, and hose configuration depend on the drone and cleaning application.
Eight and a half GPM for cleaning. Twenty-four GPM for making pure water. Different jobs. Serious equipment for both.
ProTool P40 Soft Wash. Let the Chemistry Work.
Not every building needs high pressure.
Sometimes the right cleaning solution does the heavy lifting.
The BEHEMOTH retains a dedicated ProTool P40 soft wash system, providing controlled chemical delivery for compatible drone cleaning and traditional soft washing applications.
This is separate from the two P40 pumps powering the HydroPanel purification systems.
That makes three P40 pumps across the complete equipment package:
-
One dedicated soft wash P40
-
One P40 powering the first HydroPanel 12.0
-
One P40 powering the second HydroPanel 12.0
The soft wash system integrates with the trailer's chemical metering and supported remote-control functions.

Drone in the air. Pole on the glass. Same rig getting paid.
Onboard Charging. Keep the Drone Operation Moving.
Professional drone cleaning involves more than pumps and hoses.
Batteries, chargers, controllers, and supporting equipment all need a place in the operation.
The BEHEMOTH retains the Flagship's onboard 110V charging capability, providing an integrated charging provision for compatible drone equipment.
That helps keep charging equipment organized and supports a more complete mobile cleaning workflow.
Actual charging capability depends on the installed electrical system and the requirements of connected equipment.
Make the water. Charge the batteries. Keep the crew moving.
Cold Water Is the Enemy of RO Production.
Reverse osmosis membranes don't produce the same amount of water at every temperature.
As incoming water gets colder, membrane production decreases.
That's especially important when your system is designed around up to 24 GPM of combined purified water production.
A high-output RO system can experience a substantial seasonal drop in production if cold feedwater isn't addressed.
Optional Warm-Water Recirculation
For northern climates and cold-weather operations, ProTool strongly recommends an optional warm-water recirculation system.
Preheating the raw-water supply can help both HydroPanel 12.0 systems maintain more consistent production.
Benefits include:
-
Reduced cold-weather RO production losses
-
More consistent pure-water tank filling
-
Improved high-volume purification performance
-
Better seasonal operating consistency
Heating must remain within the membranes' allowable feedwater temperature limits.
Winter can slow down RO production. We prefer not to let it.
Premium Enclosed Trailer. A Serious Workspace for Serious Equipment.

The BEHEMOTH is ProTool's highest-output enclosed drone cleaning equipment package, combining an 8.5 GPM pressure washer, P40 soft wash system, dual HydroPanel 12.0 RO/DI purification systems, and the complete Flagship operating package. It's built for contractors who need serious cleaning capability and high-volume pure water production.
How much pure water can the BEHEMOTH produce?
The two HydroPanel 12.0 systems deliver up to 24 GPM combined rated production, equivalent to a theoretical 1,440 gallons per hour. Actual output depends on water temperature, pressure, water chemistry, and membrane condition.
How is the BEHEMOTH different from the original Flagship?
The original Flagship uses two HydroPanel 4.5 systems for up to 9 GPM combined rated production. The BEHEMOTH replaces those with two gas-powered HydroPanel 12.0 systems for up to 24 GPM while retaining the Flagship's other cleaning and operating equipment. Same Flagship foundation. A whole lot more pure water.
How many RO membranes are included?
Eight total—four membranes in each HydroPanel 12.0 system. That's a serious amount of reverse osmosis hardware working together.
What powers the two HydroPanel 12.0 systems?
Each HydroPanel has its own Honda GX200 gasoline engine driving a ProTool P40 pump. The purification systems are independently powered.
Does the BEHEMOTH still have a dedicated soft wash pump?
Yes. The trailer includes one dedicated P40 soft wash pump in addition to the two P40 pumps powering the RO systems. Three P40 pumps total, each doing its own job.
What is the BEHEMOTH's pressure washer flow rate?
The BEHEMOTH includes the standard 8.5 GPM commercial pressure washer used in the current ProTool Flagship configuration.
Does the BEHEMOTH include the Command Port?
Yes. The ProTool Command Port provides exterior access to critical operating controls and electric hose reels, keeping the equipment protected inside while operators work from the curbside.
How many electric hose reels are included?
Four electric hose reels, just like the original Flagship. Long hose runs shouldn't mean long hand-cranking sessions.
Can the BEHEMOTH operate equipment remotely?
Yes. It includes Skid Nexus remote controls for supported cleaning system functions, helping operators manage equipment without constantly returning to the trailer.
Can the BEHEMOTH support water-fed pole cleaning?
Yes. The integrated water-fed pole delivery system uses onboard purified water for compatible window cleaning, solar cleaning, and other pure-water applications.
Why does the BEHEMOTH use separate raw-water and pure-water tanks?
The raw-water tank supplies the purification systems, while the pure-water tank stores finished RO/DI water. Keeping them separate protects purified water from mixing with untreated feedwater.
