Drone Cleaning Trailers
WHICH DRONE CLEANING TRAILER
IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Five enclosed drone cleaning trailer configurations. From essential pressure washing and soft washing equipment to high-output RO/DI water production, remote controls, and fully integrated commercial cleaning systems. Compare the builds and find the right fit for your operation.
COMPARE THE FIVE BUILDS ↓MORE THAN A TRAILER FULL OF EQUIPMENT.
A professional drone cleaning operation needs more than a pressure washer and a water tank. Water production, chemical delivery, hose management, power, controls, and equipment access all need to work together. That's the difference between carrying equipment and operating an integrated cleaning system.
Water Production
Choose between DI-only filtration and onboard HydroPanel RO/DI production. Match your water system to your cleaning demands instead of building around unnecessary limitations.
Control & Efficiency
Move from manual hose reels and straightforward controls to electric reels, remote operation, and integrated system management.
Purpose-Built Integration
Premium configurations bring together the Command Port, water-fed pole capability, accessible equipment layouts, and a more complete operating platform.
FIVE BUILDS. FIVE LEVELS OF CAPABILITY.
Start with the equipment you need. Add the water production, automation, and integration that makes sense for your business.
Cheap Shot
The no-frills entry point. A 5.5 GPM belt-drive pressure washer, P40 soft wash, DI-only filtration, and manual hose reels.
Pure Essential
Adds professional onboard RO/DI production with a HydroPanel 4.5 while keeping manual reels and a straightforward equipment package.
Pure Pro
Steps up to 8.5 GPM pressure washing, electric hose reels, full remote controls, and onboard charging.
Pure Pro Command
Adds a premium enclosed trailer, Command Port, and integrated water-fed pole system to the Pure Pro equipment package.
Flagship
The full ProTool package. Dual HydroPanel 4.5 production, Command Port, integrated WFP, remote controls, and front tool chest.

CHOOSE THE CAPABILITY. NOT JUST THE TRAILER.
The biggest differences between these systems aren't cosmetic. They change how you produce water, operate equipment, and manage work throughout the day.
01 / DI-Only vs. RO/DI Water Production
Cheap Shot uses DI-only filtration. Pure Essential and above include HydroPanel RO/DI systems that remove a substantial portion of dissolved minerals before the water reaches the DI resin. This can significantly reduce resin consumption, particularly where incoming water has higher dissolved solids. Actual operating costs depend on source-water quality and production volume.
02 / 5.5 GPM vs. 8.5 GPM Pressure Washing
Cheap Shot and Pure Essential use a 5.5 GPM belt-drive pressure washer. Pure Pro and Pure Pro Command step up to an 8.5 GPM configuration. Higher available flow can support greater water delivery demands, but the right configuration depends on the drone, spray equipment, operating pressure, and application.
03 / Manual Equipment vs. Remote Operation
Manual reels keep the entry-level systems straightforward. Starting with Pure Pro, electric hose reels and full remote controls reduce the need to repeatedly return to the trailer for supported equipment operations. The difference becomes especially useful when managing long hose runs or frequently changing tasks.
04 / The Command Port Advantage
Pure Pro Command and Flagship include the premium trailer with ProTool's Command Port: a dedicated pop-out operating station designed to improve curbside equipment access. It helps organize controls and hose operations without making the trailer doors the center of every task.
05 / When Dual HydroPanels Make Sense
The Flagship uses two HydroPanel 4.5 systems instead of one. That adds pure-water production capacity for operations with higher sustained demand or multiple cleaning needs. Whether you need that additional capacity depends on water consumption, available storage, source-water conditions, and how your crews operate.
DRONE CLEANING TRAILER FAQ
What is a drone cleaning trailer?
A drone cleaning trailer is a mobile equipment platform that supports drone-assisted exterior cleaning with water supply, pumps, filtration, chemical delivery, hose management, and related operating equipment. Configurations vary based on the cleaning application and drone system.
Do I need RO/DI water for drone cleaning?
Not every drone cleaning application requires RO/DI water. Pure water is particularly useful for applications where mineral residue and spotting matter, such as glass and certain solar-panel cleaning processes. The required water quality depends on the surface and cleaning method.
Which ProTool drone cleaning trailers include RO/DI?
Pure Essential, Pure Pro, Pure Pro Command, and Flagship include HydroPanel RO/DI water purification. Cheap Shot uses DI-only filtration. The Flagship includes two HydroPanel 4.5 systems.
Which models have electric hose reels and remote controls?
Pure Pro, Pure Pro Command, and Flagship include electric hose reels and full remote controls. Cheap Shot and Pure Essential use manual hose reels and do not include the full remote package.
What is the difference between Pure Pro and Pure Pro Command?
Both include an 8.5 GPM pressure washer, P40 soft wash, one HydroPanel 4.5, electric hose reels, remote controls, and charging. Pure Pro Command adds the premium enclosed trailer, Command Port, and integrated water-fed pole system.
Can a ProTool drone cleaning trailer support water-fed pole cleaning?
Pure Pro Command and Flagship include integrated water-fed pole delivery systems. Other configurations should not be assumed to include WFP delivery simply because they have onboard water purification.
How do I choose the right trailer for my drone?
Start with your drone's supported operating pressure, flow requirements, cleaning chemistry, and water-quality needs. Then consider crew size, water storage, expected daily production, and whether remote operation or integrated WFP delivery would benefit your workflow. ProTool can help match a trailer configuration to those requirements.
